Our portfolio includes [AyahPath](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ayahpath-daily-learn-quran/id6756180034) and [KarmaPath](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/karmapath-learn-buddhism/id6758013515), creating meaningful and personalized experiences for users worldwide. **Our impact so far:** - 100,000+ paying users - 4.7/5 rating on Trustpilot and app marketplaces - 4.5+ average content rating from users - A fast-growing portfolio of products loved by users around the world**Responsibilities:** - Ownership & Strategy: Take full ownership of product features or registration/onboarding funnels from idea to execution. - Hypothesis & Experimentation: Generate, prioritize, and run A/B tests to boost user conversion, retention, and LTV. - Data & Analytics: Work extensively with product analytics (Amplitude), define key metrics, build hypotheses, and set clear tasks for data analysts to build or optimize dashboards. - Research & RnD: Conduct market/user research and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Creative, User Acquisition, Performance) to explore new growth vectors. - Proactive Collaboration: Actively drive product discussions, communicate openly in team channels, and push for continuous improvements across the entire product ecosystem.**Requirements:** - 1.5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Performance Marketing within fast-paced digital products (App or Web). - Strong Analytical Mindset: Hands-on experience with Amplitude (or similar tools) and a deep understanding of unit economics and core product metrics. - A/B Testing Expertise: Proven track record of designing, running, and evaluating A/B experiments. - Unit Economics Expertise: Deep understanding of unit economics in performance-driven startups — you can easily break down complex metrics and explain them simply (even to a 5-year-old). - High Ownership & Proactivity: You don't wait for tasks to be assigned — you identify root causes, bring new ideas to the table, and push solutions from start to finish. - Strong Communication: Transparent, responsive, and structured communication within cross-functional teams. - Fast Learner: Quick to adopt new workflows, AI tools, and automation to speed up research and launch cycles. - Language: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher.**Would be a plus:** - Experience with GrowthBook or similar experimentation platforms. - Entrepreneurial experience or a background in fast-scaling tech companies**Recruitment Process:** 1.
