Geotab is seeking a Product Manager who will lead product development from conception to launch, identify customer needs and market opportunities, and help shape product strategies that support Geotab's continued growth. If you love technology and are keen to join an industry leader, we would love to hear from you! ### What you'll do: As a Product Manager, your key area of responsibility will be understanding customers and markets, identifying product opportunities, developing product roadmaps, and guiding initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. You will conduct customer discovery interviews, analyze feedback and market insights, define product outcomes, and translate customer needs into user stories, feature epics, and actionable product requirements. You will work closely with Geotab's Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support, Data Science, and Product Leadership teams. You will also collaborate with customers, partners, and other stakeholders to validate problems and solutions, align priorities, and execute product development and go-to-market strategies. To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter who is resourceful, empathetic, analytical, and comfortable interacting with customers and stakeholders at all levels. In addition, you will have strong communication, presentation, organizational, strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills. You will be comfortable working in an agile environment and adapting to changing technology and market demands. ### How you'll make an impact - Conduct customer discovery interviews with prospective and existing customers and partners to identify product gaps, customer pain points, and opportunities for continuous value. - Use research methodologies and customer feedback to uncover common patterns, jobs to be done, and relevant product opportunities. - Develop product roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders with the product vision, strategy, and priorities. - Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Data Science teams to deliver roadmap initiatives and go-to-market plans. - Balance short-term business objectives with long-term strategic investments and technical priorities. - Define and monitor qualitative and quantitative product outcomes, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure product success. - Build market feedback loops through win-loss analysis, customer interviews, satisfaction research, and retention insights. ### What you'll bring to the role - 3-5 years of experience in product management, customer discovery, or a related field. - Experience working in a SaaS environment is highly valued. - A post-secondary diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to connect diverse insights and identify meaningful patterns. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and training abilities. - Demonstrated understanding of user engagement metrics, product KPIs, and data-informed decision-making. - Strong organizational, prioritization, negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
