### Founding Engineer – Staff/Senior

**Location:** San Francisco, CA
**Type:** Full-time, In-person

Flowtel is building the next-generation operating system for hospitality, powered by modern AI agents that can handle everything from booking to room service. We just launched, secured $3 million in seed funding, and are backed by Y Combinator.

Flowtel is an AI-first company. Every part of the business uses AI thoughtfully—product, sales, marketing, operations, support, and of course, engineering all run with AI at the core. We keep our team small and talented, so everyone is an engineer at heart, hands-on with code, systems, and product decisions.

#### What We're Looking For

- High Agency

- Extreme AI coding experience

- Loves agents more than humans

#### Compensation

- Senior Engineer: $120K–$180K + ~0.5% equity

- Ex-founder/Staff Level: $180K–$250K + 1%–3% equity
