## About the role

To strengthen our team in France, we are looking for a motivated and driven **Shop Employee (m/f/d) **for our **FlixBus Shop at the** **Paris Pershing bus station.** You will support the day-to-day running of the shop, deliver high-quality service to our passengers, and help ensure smooth operations throughout your shift.

This is a **fixed-term contract from 12 October to 31 October 2026,** working on a shift basis across the full week, including weekdays and weekends.

**About the Role**

- Sell tickets and process reservations, cancellations, and changes using our sales systems

- Provide high-quality service to passengers, assisting with check-in and offering clear travel information

- Handle cash and card payments reliably, ensuring correct daily reconciliation

- Monitor bus departures and arrivals, and communicate any delays or changes to passengers

- Support smooth day-to-day station operations in coordination with colleagues and station teams 

**About You**

- Enjoys helping people and delivers friendly, patient customer service

- Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player

- Stays calm and solution-oriented during busy periods

- Comfortable using computers and digital tools

- Available to work shifts from Monday to Sunday during the contract period

- Fluent in French and English
