As Regional Operations Manager for Poland, Baltics & Finland at Flix, you can make an impact by owning the end-to-end operational performance of our transport network across a diverse and growing multi-country region, turning strategy into seamless execution.

**About the Role**

- Own and drive operational performance, ensuring transport services are delivered reliably, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

- Define and execute the regional operations strategy in alignment with Flix's broader business objectives, acting as the senior operational authority for the region

- Build and maintain strong relationships with transport partners, local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders

- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and service resilience across the region

- Monitor and report on regional KPIs, using data to inform decisions and present performance insights to senior leadership

- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Network Development, Legal, and Central Operations teams to support regional growth 

**About You**

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations management, ideally within transport, mobility, logistics, or a similarly complex, fast-paced environment

- Proven track record of leading regional or multi-country operations with full accountability for performance, quality, and budget

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate relationships with partners, authorities, and senior internal stakeholders across different markets

- Data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong analytical skills and comfort presenting performance insights to senior leadership

- Fluent in English and Polish; fluency in another regional language is a plus

- Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth international environment is a plus
