## About the role

#### Empower every employee.

Flip is the leading AI-powered employee experience platform for frontline workers. We're transforming how people do their jobs across the industries that keep the world running: retail, manufacturing, and logistics. One app. One touch. Everything they need.

**Our mission: Connect every employee to everything they need in one touch.**

#### Job description

Help take Flip's US presence from traction to scale. We're already gaining traction in North America, and we're ready to invest in a strong US Marketeer to take us into our next phase of growth. This is a hybrid role: part regional marketer, part content localizer, part events lead. You'll adapt and create content for the US market, plan and represent Flip at industry events, work closely with the US Sales team day-to-day, and work as an embedded member of a marketing team based primarily in Europe.

As our first US-based marketer, you'll act as a bridge between our European Marketing team and our US colleagues, ensuring close collaboration and bringing local market insights into our global initiatives. Because most of the team is based in Europe, you'll need to be confident setting your own priorities and moving work forward during US hours, then syncing up and staying closely aligned once the team overlap kicks in. This role suits someone who's happy owning their day-to-day, enjoys writing and localizing content as much as the logistics of an event booth, and wants to help shape a market from an early stage rather than execute an established playbook.

##### What you can expect

**US Events & field marketing**

- Flip's presence at US trade shows and industry events end to end (HR Tech, internal comms, manufacturing and retail): booth and venue logistics, vendors, budget, promotion, on site execution, and follow up

- Representing Flip on the ground and turning event activity into qualified conversations with Sales**Website localization & US digital presence**

- Marketing side localization of [getflip.com](http://getflip.com): page copy, proof points, CTAs, customer language, industry terminology, SEO and GEO keywords

- Working with global web, brand, and product marketing so the US site is adapted for US search behavior and buying expectations, not just translated**US positioning and market development**

- Our understanding of US buyer personas, competitor positioning, category language, and industry trends, translated into messaging that sounds local rather than imported

- Sales calls, objections, and win/loss insight turned into sharper campaigns and enablement

- The US marketing operating rhythm, built from scratch: campaign calendar, event priorities, vendor coordination, repeatable reporting**Pipeline, alongside Sales**

- Shared accountability with US Sales for marketing sourced and marketing influenced pipeline in North America

- Target account prioritization, regional demand generation programs, and local campaigns (paid, email, social) with support from the global team

- Reporting on US marketing performance against pipeline goals

##### What you bring to the table

**Must-haves:**

- 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, content marketing, regional marketing, or a similar B2B role — ideally in B2B SaaS marketing to an HR audience

- Strong copywriter with a genuine interest in localization, working knowledge of SEO, and curiosity about GEO/AI search optimization — plus broader marketing exposure across digital, campaigns, and demand generation

- Proven ability to turn market research, sales feedback, competitor insights, and customer language into practical US positioning, campaign ideas, localized website content, and sales enablement

- Experience supporting a company, product, or website expansion into a new region, ideally including US market entry, local demand generation, event strategy, and close collaboration with a regional sales team

- A self-starter who's comfortable working independently and making decisions without daily oversight, but also a strong collaborator who thrives as part of a distributed, international team across time zones

- Native-level US English with excellent written and spoken communication skills, and flexibility to travel regularly within the US for events plus 1–2 times a year to Europe for team offsites

- Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage market environment, with genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools daily to write, research, and work more efficiently**Nice-to-haves:**

- Prior experience being the "first" or one of the first marketing hires in a new region/market

- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot)

- Experience localizing content across multiple markets, not just EN-US

- Go-to-market experience in the manufacturing and/or retail industries, ideally with an existing network of industry contacts and relationships

##### What we offer you

- Work mode: We’re remote-first, giving you flexibility to work from home.

- Plan for the long run: Participate in our 401(k) plan with a dollar-for-dollar company match of up to 3% of your salary.

- Stay healthy: We contribute 75–90% toward your medical and dental coverage at basic level.

- Peace of mind: Company-funded basic disability coverage, fully paid by Flip.

- Real time off: 20 days of paid vacation plus all public holidays – and a culture that encourages you to actually use them.

- AI is how we work: Access to frontier AI tools is standard here, not something you request. We actively encourage heavy use across writing, research, campaigns, and reporting and you'll learn faster because of it.

- Real ownership: direct access to leadership, short decision paths and the room to shape what US marketing at Flip becomes

- A team you'll actually meet: the whole company gets together twice a year (e.g. Stuttgart & Barcelona 2026)At Flip, everyone is welcome - no matter what gender you identify as or how old you are. Sexual *identity*, origin, religion, world view and disabilities do not influence your potential job at Flip. The most important thing is that **YOU** fit in!
