**How you are going to make an impact 🛠 **

- Ensure the organization's operations comply with all applicable regulatory and legislative provisions.

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure unified compliance practices.

- Prepare and submit detailed compliance reports to senior management.

- Monitor industry developments to maintain compliance with regulatory changes.

- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and manage all compliance communications.

- Evaluate and improve existing compliance systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Analyze risks associated with the organization's operations and develop comprehensive action plans to mitigate them.

- Suggest practical solutions for regulatory compliance issues and oversee the implementation of corrective measures.

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a compliance role within the financial industry.

- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory environments.

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
