📍 **Location:** Kitsap County, WA; Poulsbo, Bremerton, Washington
🕒 **Schedule:** Monday through Friday (20 hours per week)
💰 **Pay:** $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

As an RBT/CBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA therapy, helping them build essential life skills while creating lasting, positive change. You will gain mentorship from a Doctorate-level BCBA!!

##### 🧠 What You’ll Do

- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy

- Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA

- Track and document client progress

- Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings

- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families

##### 🌱 What You Bring

- High school diploma (or equivalent)

- Experience working with children

- A passion for helping children with special needs succeed

- Reliable transportation

- RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!)

- Active CPR certification

##### 💪 Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

- Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor

- Willingness to actively engage in play and movement with children
