**Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – Antioch, TN**
**Company:** Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company
**Job Type:** Full-time. Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm
**Location:** In-person, In-School
**Pay:** $24 - $28 per hour

As an RBT with Open Doors ABA, you’ll work closely with children and their families, providing compassionate and effective behavior therapy. You’ll have the support of a skilled clinical team and structured supervision to help you succeed and grow in your role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

- Track client progress and record accurate session notes

- Engage with children in fun, educational activities to foster growth and learning**Schedule:**

- Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm**Qualifications:**
