### Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

**Company:** Bloom ABA, LLC, a Finni Health company
**Job Type:** Part-time or Full-time
**Location:** Hybrid – Quincy, IL / Hannibal, MO (In-person with some telehealth opportunities)
**Pay:** $70,000 - $75,000 per year (full-time)
**Hours:** Between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, flexible options available

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team! As a BCBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families.

#### What You’ll Do

As a BCBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based ABA care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities

- Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans

- Providing direct supervision, caregiver training, and family support

- Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care

- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions

- Maintaining accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation

- Delivering services in-person with opportunities for telehealth sessions when appropriate

- Staying informed on current research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis

#### What You Bring

We’re looking for team members who are not only qualified but genuinely care.

- Active BCBA Certification

- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

- Active LBA licensure in Illinois (IL LBA) and (MO LBA) required

- Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

- Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills

- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care

- CPR Certification preferred

- HIPAA Compliance Training

- Ability to pass a background check (required by funding sources)

- Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)
