## About the role

**Location:** Norfolk, Virginia (In Home)

**Schedule:** M-F 4pm-6pm

**Compensation:** $20.00-$25.00 per hour

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team, providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism (early intervention, ages 2-6).

**Requirements:**

- RBT Training (40-hour course completed; certification not required)

- CPR Training

- In-home ABA therapy experience required

- Ability to follow strict programming guidelines and handle SIBs (self-injurious behaviors)**What We Offer:**

- Competitive pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification
