**Behavior Technician (Part-Time) – Lexington, OH**

**Job Type:** Part-time 
**Location:** In-person – Lexington, OH
**Pay:** $17-$22 per hour

- Monday - Friday: 3:30PM-6:30PMSparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated **Behavior Technician** to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Lexington, OH.

**Your Role:**

- Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans

- Teach communication, daily living, and social skills

- Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs

- Support families through parent training and consistent communication

- Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory.**What You Bring:**

- 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities

- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

- A passion for helping children grow and succeed

- Reliable transportation to client homes in Lexington**Job Details:**

- Part-time: 15 hours/week

- Pay: $17–$22/hr
