**Behavior Technician (RBT) - **Biggs, California**
Company:** Reach For The Sky, a Finni Health company
**Job Type:** Part-time (less than 30 hours per week)
**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 4:00–4:30 PM/6:00–6:30 PM
**Location:** In-Person- Biggs, California
**Pay:** $20.00-$23.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Behavior Technician (RBT)** to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

**About the Role**

As a Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

- Collect and record accurate session data

- Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals

- Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education**Qualifications**

- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)

- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)

- Willingness to complete Internal training done through BCBA supervision following RBT standards and competency checks**What We Offer**
