**Behavior Technician (RBT) - Purcellville, Virginia**
**Company:** Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company
**Job Type:** Part-time (less than 30 hours per week)
**Schedule: **Monday through Friday: 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
**Location:** In-person – Purcellville, Virginia
**Pay:** $27.00-$30.00 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ** Behavior Technician (RBT)** to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

**About the Role**

As a BT/RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision

- Collect and record accurate session data

- Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals

- Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education**Qualifications**

- Current RBT Certification (preferred)

- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)

- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)

- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)

- Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)

- A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)**What We Offer**
