## About the role

**Behavior Technician (RBT) - Eaton Rapids, Michigan **

**Company: **SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company
**Job Type: ** Part-Time (approx 20-25 hours/week) 
**Location:** In-Person - Eaton Rapids | Charlotte | Bellevue
**Pay:** $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

**Schedule Options (any or all): **

Mon/Weds: 9:00am - 12:00pm

Mon/Weds/Fri: 12:30pm - 3:30pm

Tues/Thurs: 4:00pm - 7:00pm

**Who We Are:**

We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.

**What You'll Do:**

- Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques

- Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)

- Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team

- Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors

- Build genuine relationships with kids and families**Requirements:**

- Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time

- 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)

- Previous experience working with children

- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids**What We Offer:**
