ELEKS [Project Management Office](https://careers.eleks.com/about/project-management-office/) is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Lviv.

###### ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is one of the world’s leading British-American insurance brokerage firms, providing risk management, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, and investment banking solutions.

##### REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management within software development or IT services

- Proven end-to-end ownership of complex Fixed Price projects, including scope, budget, timeline, profitability, change control, and contractual commitments

- Experience working with enterprise customers and multiple stakeholder groups, including senior and executive-level stakeholders

- Hands-on experience setting up projects from scratch, including team formation, governance, delivery processes, and reporting

- Strong financial, scope, Change Request, risk, dependency, and escalation management skills

- Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed delivery teams

- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills

- Technical background or strong technical understanding, with the ability to confidently navigate discussions with Engineering and Architecture teams

- Practical experience using AI tools in daily project management and broader workflow automation, supported by specific use cases

- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models

- Advanced English proficiency

##### RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take end-to-end ownership of a complex, long-term Fixed Price project, ensuring successful delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality

- Set up project governance, delivery processes, communication, and reporting; translate the SOW into an actionable delivery plan

- Build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders and maintain alignment across customer departments and internal teams

- Manage project scope, budget, forecasting, profitability, resourcing, and Change Requests

- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively

- Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, coordinating closely with Engineering, Architecture, BA, QA, Delivery, and Account Management

- Provide transparent customer communication regarding project status, risks, financials, dependencies, and key decisions

- Use AI-powered tools and integrations to improve planning, reporting, documentation, risk identification, knowledge management, and overall delivery efficiency

- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive PM and delivery workflows while ensuring the accuracy, security, and confidentiality of AI-generated outputs
