## About the role

ELEKS [Business Analysis Office](https://careers.eleks.com/about/business-analysis-office/) is looking for a Requirements Analyst in Poland or Ukraine.

###### ABOUT PROJECT

Our client is a long-standing US-based partner operating in the LegalTech domain, developing cloud-based solutions for legal and financial organizations.

##### REQUIREMENTS

- 1-2 years in one of the following: Technical Business Analyst/Junior Software Engineer interested in Product Management

- Ability to read and understand code (C#, Java, JavaScript or similar)

- Understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture basics

- Ability to use AI tools (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, MCP-based tools) for code and documentation analysis

- Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum processes

- Ability to investigate dependencies and impacts across a product

- Advanced level of English

##### RESPONSIBILITIES

- Analyze product functionality, configuration dependencies, documentation, and code-level behavior before development begins

- Support Product Managers in refining requirements and preparing development-ready user stories

- Investigate product dependencies, identify potential impacts of changes, and provide recommendations to the team

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements

- Act as a bridge between Product and Engineering teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment

- Reduce clarification cycles during development by proactively addressing gaps and ambiguities in requirements

- Contribute to improving the quality, completeness, and consistency of product documentation and user stories
