We’re looking for a **Customer Growth Specialist** to help grow our Electric Kiwi and Kiwi Mobile customer base through smart cross-sell campaigns, lifecycle communications and new sales opportunities.

This is a great role for someone who loves **customer marketing, data and testing what works**, and wants to turn insights into campaigns that drive real growth.

##### What you’ll bring:

- Around 2–3 years’ experience in marketing

- Hands-on experience delivering email or customer campaigns

- A Marketing, Business, or relevant degree

- Strong written communication skills and a knack for creating content that gets people engaged

- Confidence working with data, spotting patterns and understanding campaign performance and ROI

- A growth mindset and willingness to test, learn and keep making things better

- Plenty of initiative, attention to detail and confidence working across different teams

##### What you’ll do:

- Plan and deliver cross-sell campaigns across Electric Kiwi and Kiwi Mobile

- Use data and AI to design customer marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for growth

- Support lifecycle communications that keep customers engaged and help reduce churn

- Get hands-on with Customer.io, helping lead its deployment and becoming an internal go-to for the platform

- Analyse and report on campaign performance, using what you learn to test, improve and try new approaches

- Develop and support alternative sales channels and partnerships that drive growth

- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data and Insights on campaigns and other growth initiatives
