## About the role

**Electric Air** is building a modern home climate company.

We install heat pumps across the Bay Area and have developed our own heat pump product platform, Redwood, designed around simpler retrofits, thoughtful design, and a better homeowner experience.

Electric Air combines:

- customer experienceWe seek a highly skilled and motivated lead HVAC technician to spearhead our installations and help build our technician team.

**Total Earnings Potential $160,000 / year. **

- $45-60+ per hour, depending on experience!

- $250 bonus per successful installation completed

- $2k annual tool allowance - to spend on your tools

- PTO and sick pay**Requirements**

- 5+ years of experience in Residential HVAC.

- Prior experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians

- Proficiency with all of the following:Refrigerant handling

- High & low-voltage wiring

- Ductwork

- Sheet metal fabrication
