Reporting to the VP of Engineering, Health Companion, you will oversee 4 engineering teams and their managers — including our flagship [Health Companion for Parents of young children](https://www.doctolib.fr/sante/soccuper-de-votre-enfant-a-deux/), built within the Doctolib app, which helps parents manage their children's appointments, documents, and health journey together. You think in systems — technical and organisational — and you are as comfortable setting a multi-year architecture direction as you are making a hard technical call. You thrive in fast-moving environments and bring clarity where others see complexity.
