## About the role

Build software that makes sure people get paid. PrismHR is the HR, payroll, and benefits platform used by employer-services organizations across the United States, backed by Vensure Employer Solutions — one of North America's largest privately held employer-services companies. You will own features end to end: Angular and TypeScript on the front end, Node.js and Express APIs behind them, data layer underneath. You will lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and work directly with product and QA. A lot of the interesting work is modernization — a mature payroll engine and a modern cloud stack, being joined together without ever dropping a pay run. You will need: • 5+ years of strong JavaScript and TypeScript, plus hands-on Node.js or Go • Real single-page app experience (Angular) • REST APIs and microservices with Express • HTML, CSS, SCSS, Git, Docker, CI/CD, Agile • 8+ years total software experience • Practical AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot/Claude Code) • NoSQL or multi-value (PICK) database experience.
Nice to have: AWS or Azure, legacy modernization, HCM or payroll domain knowledge. The schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, for full overlap with our US teams. You work the first four hours from our Noida office and the rest from home — no 3:00 AM commute. Your mornings and afternoons are genuinely free.
