Scheduler (English Required) \u007C Immediate Start \u007C On-Site - Lima, Peru
We are currently looking for a Scheduler to join our team in Lima, Peru. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with scheduling and home care experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy coordinating care, supporting clients, and working closely with caregivers.
📍 Location: San Isidro, Lima (100% On-Site)
🕘 Schedule: Monday to Friday \u007C 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
🚀 Immediate Start Available
What You'll Do:
• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client coverage
• Manage day-to-day scheduling activities and staffing needs
• Communicate with clients and caregivers to ensure service excellence
• Process timecards and support payroll-related activities
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate documentation and employee records
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and administrative activities as needed
• Help ensure an outstanding client and caregiver experience
What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scheduler
• Previous experience in Home Care, Home Health, or Healthcare environments
• Advanced English communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a dynamic environment
