The Rodriguez Insurance Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Sales Producer to join its growing team in Spring, Texas. This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, helping customers find the right insurance solutions, and earning uncapped commissions.
📍 Location: Spring, TX
Additional Search Areas: Houston, The Woodlands, Tomball, Conroe, Humble, Cypress, Klein, Shenandoah, Porter, New Caney, Magnolia, Jersey Village, Aldine, North Houston, and Oak Ridge North.
💰 Compensation
Base Pay Entry-Level Licensed Candidates: $15/hour Experienced Licensed Professionals: $17-$18/hour Additional Compensation Uncapped Commission Structure Tiered Commission Program Annual Earning Potential: $30,000 - $90,000+ About the Role
As a Licensed Sales Producer, you'll help individuals and families protect their assets by offering insurance solutions including auto, home, renters, life, and other personal insurance products. You'll build customer relationships, generate new business, conduct policy reviews, and deliver ongoing service and support.
Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities Make outbound sales calls Follow up with prospects and leads Build long-term customer relationships Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions Quote and present insurance products Meet sales and performance goals Maintain accurate customer information Assist customers with insurance questions and policy needs Support ongoing customer retention efforts Utilize company-provided leads Work collaboratively within a team environment Required Qualifications
✅ Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales-related experience ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills ✅ Strong organizational skills ✅ Basic to intermediate computer skills ✅ Ability to build rapport and trust with customers ✅ Comfortable making outbound calls ✅ Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions ✅ Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset ✅ Ability to work onsite in Spring, TX ✅ Property & Casualty License OR willingness to obtain immediately after hire ✅ Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated ✅ Reliable attendance and professionalism
