## About the role

**Remote Therapist — LSW or LPC Required | Free Supervision |**

**Who This Role Is For**

You're a licensed associate therapist (LSW or LPC) in Illinois who wants a caseload that matters, free supervision hours toward full licensure, and none of the administrative burden that burns most early-career therapists out. You want flexibility without sacrificing income stability. Daybreak was built for exactly this stage of your career.

**The Work**

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in IL school districts, collaborating with school counselors and families. You'll participate in case consultations and contribute to clinical program development as we grow.

**What You Need**

- Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — we are not able to hire pre-licensure candidates at this time)

- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families

- Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems

- Available Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings (weekend slots also available)

**Preferred**

- Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities

- Prior school-based or youth-focused experience

- Active NPI and CAQH
Pay Range$40—$50 USD
