**The Role**

We’re looking for a **Delivery / Project Manager** to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of projects across **AI, Data, and Engineering** for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who combines **strong project and people management skills** with a genuine passion for **technology and innovation**. You’ll oversee the full delivery lifecycle — from planning and execution to optimization and stakeholder alignment — ensuring projects run efficiently, meet expectations, and deliver real business value.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead **end-to-end project delivery**: scope, resourcing, timelines, reporting, communication, and financials.
• Maintain **high-quality delivery standards** and ensure strong client satisfaction across projects.
• Apply and adapt **Agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid) to fit each team’s and client’s needs.
• Track and assess **project performance**, proactively identifying risks and improvement areas.
• Drive clear and transparent **stakeholder communication**, managing expectations at all levels.
• Monitor **project health**, including risks, sentiment, and financials.
• **Lead and support cross-functional teams**, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate **RAG/RAID tracking** and provide clear visibility into project status.

**Requirements**

- Proven experience in project or delivery management, ideally within a tech, consulting, or SaaS environment.

- Strong understanding of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery frameworks.

- Skilled in JIRA or similar project management tools.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (internal and client-facing).

- Demonstrated people management experience — mentoring, coaching, and developing teams within your projects

- A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.**Nice to Have**

- Experience working in tech consulting — exposure to a variety of projects and clients.Previous experience in a small agency or tech company, where adaptability and ownership are key.

- Familiarity with foreign markets and international clients.

- Scrum, Agile, or Project Management certification (e.g. CSM, Prince2, AgilePM).
