Dapper is looking for a **Video Editor** with a sharp eye and a pioneering spirit. Someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency in the world. As a Video editor on our creative team, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into visual stories, and your work will help bring our clients' brands to life across digital channels. Our mission is to make B2B less boring, more creative and more impactful, with visuals that are impossible to ignore. **This job is for you if you:** - Have 3+ years of relevant experience in video editing, ideally in a marketing agency, production company, or video agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create high-quality video content - You’re proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, and comfortable using After Effects and DaVinci Resolve (or similar tools) for motion integration and colour correction - You can confidently manage projects independently, from brief to deliverable, while sticking to deadlines and maintaining brand quality - You’re able to give and receive feedback constructively and enjoy collaborating with creatives, marketers, and account managers - You’re curious and always looking for smarter ways to work: through AI tools, automation or templates - You’re adaptable and open to change: comfortable adjusting to new tools, workflows, team structures, and creative challenges in a fast-evolving company environment.
