**Title:***** ***Activities/Behavioral Specialist

**Job Duties:** The Activities/Behavioral Specialist provides quality care to residents with behavioral needs. The Activities/Behavioral Specialist works in conjunction with other facility departments to provide activities and support and makes changes to care plans as needed to provide a therapeutic yet homelike environment as we strive to assist our residents in meeting their goals.

**Schedule:**

- Full-Time: 11:00am-7:30pm (Sunday-Thursday)

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree or CNA with 2 years mental health experience.

- Experience implementing treatment plans.

- Ability to effectively communicate via written and verbal methods with residents, employees, and outside agencies.

**About the Campus:** Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) / Special Treatment Programs (STPs) provide behavioral intervention to consumers with mental disorders in secure residential settings. Services include behavior modification, skilled nursing, prevocational and life skills training, recreation, and rehabilitation.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
