For more information, visit our careers blog.* **About the job** The Professional Services team at Contentsquare is dedicated to accelerating time-to-value and helping customers realize measurable impact from their digital experience data. As a Senior Strategic Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor who combines strategic consulting, data analysis, and technical understanding to help clients turn complex digital experience data into measurable business outcomes. You will guide customers through business prioritization, roadmap development, and organizational change while collaborating closely with Data Analysts, UX Design Consultants, Customer Success, technical stakeholders, and senior client executives. ##### What you’ll do - Own strategy-focused professional services engagements from discovery through delivery, ensuring quality and momentum. - Assess customer data maturity, collection concepts, data quality, and measurement needs. - Translate Contentsquare data and platform insights into prioritized recommendations, roadmaps, and business cases. - Facilitate workshops and executive reviews with business and technical stakeholders. - Partner with Data Analysts and UX Design Consultants to deliver impactful outcomes. - Embed digital experience intelligence, data governance, and measurement practices into customer decision-making. - Contribute to reusable consulting frameworks and advocate for customer needs internally. - Align stakeholders around digital experience priorities and the actions required to deliver them. - Drive measurable customer value by turning reliable digital experience data into clear roadmaps and repeatable measurement practices. - Collaborate with customer executives, operational and technical teams, Customer Success, Product, and other Professional Services colleagues. ##### What you’ll need to succeed - Strong experience in management consulting, strategic consulting, or customer-facing business advisory roles. The candidate is expected to operate at a senior level. - Strong structured thinking and strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to frame ambiguous challenges clearly. - Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. - Strong understanding of digital analytics platforms, data collection concepts, data structures, data quality, and the technical conditions required for reliable outcomes. - Leverage AI to support your day-to-day and customer deliveries - Experience in working with data requirements, measurement frameworks, data governance, or data quality in a customer-facing environment. - Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizational dynamics. - Ability to manage a portfolio of diverse clients independently. - Hands-on experience with digital analytics and BI tools, with the ability to navigate data models, dashboards, queries, and measurement frameworks.
