##### What you'll do

- Grow our merchant base. Identify and engage online merchants (e-commerce stores, marketplaces, subscription services, etc.) that can benefit from [Coins.ph](http://Coins.ph)’s QR Ph-compliant payment solutions.

- Drive partnerships. Conduct product demos and craft proposals that show how [Coins.ph](http://Coins.ph) can help merchants accept payments easily and securely.

- Manage the full sales cycle. From prospecting to deal closing — lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

- Support onboarding and activation. Help merchants integrate [Coins.ph](http://Coins.ph) payments into their platforms, working closely with our tech and compliance teams.

- Build strong relationships. Be the main point of contact for online merchants, ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and helping drive their transaction growth.

- Track results and insights. Meet and exceed sales targets while sharing valuable market feedback to improve our merchant experience and product offerings.

##### What we expect from you

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, ideally in FinTech, payments, or e-commerce.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills. You must know how to build trust and close deals.

- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Familiarity with QR Ph, payment gateways, digital wallets, or e-commerce integrations is a strong advantage.

- A team player who’s also confident working independently.

- Passionate about helping online businesses grow through digital and cashless payments.

- Ability to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
