## About the role

Clouted (fka Clout Kitchen) is The Virality Engine for brands, startups, artists, and creators. Generating over 300M+ views/monthly for our clients, we are a team of experts in viral strategies, distribution, and marketing campaigns. We operate at the intersection of technology and entertainment, backed by top global VCs including a16z, Peak XV, and AppWorks. Our focus is building products and systems that automate strategy and operations for mass content distribution. We partner with leading artists, festivals, creators, and brands across the US and Asia.

We are hiring a Marketing Graphic Designer to produce Clouted's graphics and sales decks — the visual assets that power our marketing and commercial motion. You'll design social and marketing graphics, sales and pitch decks, and brand collateral that make Clouted look sharp to clients, partners, and investors. A background in deck creation and B2B design is preferred but not required.

**1. Decks & Sales Collateral**

- Design polished, on-brand sales decks, pitch decks, and capability decks (gaming, film, pricing).

- Build reusable deck templates and a design system the whole team can pull from.

**2. Marketing & Social Graphics**

- Design high-performing social graphics and marketing visuals for organic and paid campaigns.

- Translate campaign concepts into compelling visual assets.

**3. Brand Collateral & Consistency**

- Maintain visual consistency across Clouted's public-facing materials.

- Develop and steward brand assets and templates.

**4. Cross-Functional Design Support**

- Support internal teams with presentation and communications assets.

- Keep the design file library organized and accessible.

- Clouted's decks and graphics are consistently polished, on-brand, and fast to produce.

-Sales and pitch collateral elevates how Clouted shows up to clients and investors.

-Marketing graphics drive engagement and support campaign goals.

-Templates and systems make design output scalable.

-Are strong in both deck design and marketing/brand design.

-Have expert command of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

-Have a portfolio spanning decks, campaign, and brand design.

-Are a self-starter who runs projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

3+ years of professional experience as a marketing, brand, or presentation designer.

Proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong portfolio required.

Background in deck creation and B2B design preferred but not required.

Experience in entertainment, music, or tech startups is a plus.
