##### About the Role

You will support an early stage B2B SaaS sales team by assisting with lead generation, outreach, and day-to-day activities that contribute to customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will gain practical exposure to AI and SaaS sales processes while working closely with experienced teammates.

##### What You'll Do

- Assist with identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound leads.

- Conduct outreach via email and phone to prospective customers under guidance.

- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate pipeline management.

- Prepare sales collateral, presentations, and bespoke proposals for prospects.

- Support coordination of meetings and demos between prospects and account teams.

- Track sales metrics and help generate simple reports to inform team decisions.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and materials.

##### What We're Looking For

- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field with strong fundamentals in sales and communication

- 0-2 years of professional sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required

- Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language skills are required for the role

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset

- Eagerness to learn, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate across teams

##### Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: 22,200 EUR annually
