##### About the Role

This is a commercial role at a fast-moving energy software startup, sitting at the heart of the customer-facing team. You will own the full customer lifecycle, from first onboarding through to long-term satisfaction, helping the business grow while delivering real value to customers navigating complex energy markets.

##### What You'll Do

- Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers, acting as their primary point of contact.

- Develop deep product, market, and customer understanding to advise and guide customers effectively.

- Own and continuously optimize the customer lifecycle, from smooth onboarding through to ongoing satisfaction and retention.

##### What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in a commercial, customer-facing, or business development role.

- Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with comfort owning customer accounts independently.

- Ability to develop sharp product, market, and customer insights and translate them into action.

- Native German and fluent English, both are required for this role.

- First experience in or genuine interest in energy markets, including emerging regulations and industry trends.

##### Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: 70,000 to 100,000 EUR annually.

- Visa sponsorship: Available.

##### Location

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
