##### About the Role

This is a hands-on GTM Engineer role at a fast-growing B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency serving the DACH region. You will own strategic projects end-to-end, designing and building automation workflows that power outreach, data enrichment, and reporting for clients. Your work will have a direct impact on how the team scales its operations and delivers results for B2B tech companies.

##### What You'll Do

- Build and maintain production-grade automation workflows using tools such as n8n or Make.com.

- Leverage AI tools to accelerate GTM operations, including data enrichment, personalization, and outreach sequencing.

- Write SQL and Python scripts to collect, transform, and visualize data that informs client and internal decisions.

- Design and maintain reporting infrastructure using BI tools such as Looker Studio or Snowflake.

- Identify process inefficiencies and architect clean, maintainable technical solutions from scratch.

- Take ownership of strategic projects independently from day one in a hybrid team environment.

##### What We're Looking For

- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth, or data analytics.

- Hands-on production experience building workflows with automation platforms such as n8n or Make.com.

- Strong data skills across SQL, Python, and BI tools (for example, Looker Studio or Snowflake).

- An AI-native mindset, with active use of tools like Claude or ChatGPT to get work done faster and smarter.

- Systems-thinking orientation: you proactively spot inefficiencies and build solutions that last.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.

- German proficiency at native or C2 level, plus professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

- Prior B2B SaaS experience or a track record of building a system or process from the ground up is a plus.

- No visa sponsorship available; must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.

##### Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: **50,000 to 70,000 EUR annually**. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

##### Location

Hybrid in **Berlin, Germany**. Candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
