##### About the Role

This is a Founders Associate role at an early-stage healthtech startup building a leading GLP-1 platform in Europe. You will work directly alongside the founding team, operating across strategy, operations, and execution to help scale the business from the ground up. The role is high-impact and highly generalist, making it ideal for someone who thrives in lean, fast-moving environments.

##### What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end operational projects that directly drive company growth and efficiency.

- Build processes and automations to eliminate repetitive manual work across the organization.

- Support cross-functional initiatives spanning product, commercial, and clinical operations.

- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions as the team grows.

- Contribute to strategic planning and execution alongside founders.

##### What We're Looking For

- 1 to 6 years of experience in operational, business development, or general management roles with measurable business outcomes.

- Demonstrated ability to build and implement processes, workflows, or automations that reduce manual work or improve efficiency.

- Experience working in early-stage, resource-constrained environments where individuals cover multiple functional areas.

- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets) for data analysis, reporting, and process tracking.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.

- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a high sense of ownership and comfort in ambiguity.

- Familiarity with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable) or basic scripting is a plus.

- Experience with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or business intelligence tools is a plus.

- Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry environments is a plus.

##### Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is **55,000 to 90,000 EUR annually**, depending on experience.

##### Location

This role is fully on-site in **Berlin, Germany**, five days per week. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
