We are looking for a **Data & Tech Lead** to provide technical leadership for a strategic project focused on **centralizing and transforming Supply Chain data** for a major CPG company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the data team from a technical perspective, contributing to solution and architecture design, guiding technical decisions, and working closely with the client to connect **business needs, data, architecture, and engineering**. The project aims to transform a distributed data environment involving **Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel, SharePoint, and legacy systems** into a centralized, reliable, and scalable data platform to support business operations and key performance indicators. ##### Key Responsibilities - Provide technical leadership to the Data Engineering team, guiding technical decisions and ensuring high-quality deliveries; - Define and evolve the data architecture of the solution; - Design strategies for data ingestion, integration, and transformation from multiple sources; - Lead the migration of data from SharePoint to SQL Server; - Define and implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold); - Design transactional and analytical layers to consolidate data across different Supply Chain domains; - Lead the development and evolution of semantic models and Power BI solutions; - Ensure best practices for data quality, performance, governance, and scalability; - Work directly with the client to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions; - Act as a bridge between business, architecture, data, and development teams; - Provide technical guidance to Data Developers and contribute to the team's technical growth. ##### Requirements - Solid experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture; - Proven experience providing technical leadership for data teams; - Strong experience designing data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and multi-source data integrations; - Knowledge of Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold); - Strong knowledge of SQL Server and SQL; - Hands-on experience with Python for data engineering and processing; - Practical experience with Databricks and Azure; - Knowledge of data modeling and semantic models; - Experience with Power BI; - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; - Advanced English proficiency for communication in a corporate and international environment. ##### Nice to Have - Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate; - Knowledge of SAP and SAP data integration; - Experience or knowledge of Supply Chain processes; - Spanish proficiency. ##### What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone with **strong technical leadership, autonomy, and a systems-thinking mindset**, who can effectively navigate between architecture, engineering, and business.
