Na CI&T, estamos em busca de um(a)**Sr. Developer (.Net)** altamente qualificado(a) e motivado(a) para se juntar à nossa equipe no **Brasil**. Você contribuirá para um projeto inovador em um ambiente colaborativo, inovador, transformador e multicultural.

**Requisitos:**
•Experiência sólida como desenvolvedor sênior, com forte capacidade de leitura, validação e revisão crítica de código gerado automaticamente. 
• Experiência em desenvolvimento backend com C# e .NET (preferencialmente .NET 8+), incluindo construção de APIs RESTful. 
• Experiência no desenvolvimento de front-end com React e integração com APIs. 
• Aplicar princípios SOLID e KISS para manter o código modular, reutilizável e simples. 
• Domínio de Design Patterns (Factory, Strategy, Builder, entre outros). 
• Experiência com testes automatizados (unitários e integração). 
• Experiência com banco de dados relacionais (ex: PostgreSQL ou SQL Server). 
• Conhecimento em Docker e docker-compose. 
• Conhecimento em observabilidade (logs, métricas e tracing) com ferramentas como Datadog, Grafana ou ELK. 
• Experiência com sistemas distribuídos e mensageria (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Service Bus). 
• Inglês: Intermediário

**Diferenciais: **
• Experiência prática no uso de ferramentas de IA para desenvolvimento de software (ex: OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, GitHub Copilot, etc.) 
• Experiência em construção de agentes autônomos ou semi-autônomos para desenvolvimento de software. 
• Experiência com pipelines de desenvolvimento assistido por IA (ex: geração de código, testes, refatoração automática). 
• Conhecimento em engenharia de prompts e avaliação de qualidade de outputs de modelos de IA.
