#### Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Wound Care Visit

#### We are currently looking for compassionate nurses to help care for our patient in L'Anse MI ! Wound care visits needed 1x daily! Create your own schedule! This is your chance to make a difference in someone's life while having a great work-life balance!

As a **Private Duty Nurse** with Centria Healthcare, you’ll deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Whether caring for a medically complex child or an adult recovering from a motor vehicle accident, you’ll be making a meaningful difference every day.

##### Responsibilities

- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)

- Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs

- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)

- Communicate with families and care teams

- Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care

##### Schedule & Pay

- Full-time and part-time shifts available

- Day, night, and weekend shifts

- Weekly pay + optional daily pay

##### Qualifications

- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan

- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)

- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)

- Strong communication and critical thinking skills

##### Patient Population

- Pediatrics (birth–21 years)

- Adults with complex medical needs
