- Taking in charge of full recruitment process: job posting, screening CVs, arranging interview, onboarding process,..

- Be responsible for organizing company activities: outing trip, year-end party, company events, ESG activities,…

- Arranging and coordination of appointments

- Organising and settling business trips (flights, hotel,…)

- Managing company car: schedule arrangement, follow-up car maintenance, car insurance, VETC,…

- Taking in charge of all admin tasks: payments, stationaries, neccessities, hygiene, namecard for employees, grab account management, printer repairs, working with building management.

- Answering phones, route mail, and greeting office visitors

- Submitting reports on time

- Other tasks as request
