**About the role**

Join an engineering team building and evolving AWS-native solutions focused on scalability, resilience, and code quality. The scope is global — projects spanning North America, South America, and Europe — with a fast-paced agile environment and real technical ownership.

**What you'll do**

- Build scalable and maintainable back-end applications aligned with business goals

- Design and evolve cloud-native solutions on AWS

- Ensure code quality through engineering best practices, automated testing, and technical documentation

- Collaborate on architecture decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Participate in incident management, problem resolution, and performance monitoring

**What we're looking for**

- Availability to work in person 2 days per week in our office

- Strong back-end development experience with .NET / C# and Python

- Hands-on experience in AWS environments (architecture, managed services, deployment)

- Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum

- Advanced English or Spanish — projects are international

**Nice to have**

- Background in banking or fintech

- Proficiency in SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Design Patterns

- Experience with RESTful API and resilient microservices architecture

- Knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and non-relational databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB)
