##### Job requirements

**Experience Range:** With at least 8 to 12 years of experience in product management, including substantial leadership of enterprise-level product initiatives **Key Responsibilities:**

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and evolving market demands

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery, balancing business goals and technical feasibility

- Translate business requirements into actionable features and enhancements through detailed product blueprints

- Lead cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization

- Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and build consensus among executive leadership, engineering, and business units

- Analyze business processes at the program and enterprise level to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement

- Monitor product performance using key metrics, iterating based on data-driven insights to achieve measurable outcomes

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain product differentiation**Required Skills:**

- Advanced proficiency in managing product backlogs using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

- Expertise in designing product blueprints and translating business requirements into technical specifications

- Experience with business process modeling at program and enterprise levels

- Skill in developing and executing product roadmaps and strategic vision

- Ability to perform market research and competitive analysis using industry-standard methods

- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies for product development

- Familiarity with metrics-driven product performance monitoring and optimization

- Competence in user story mapping and requirements gathering

- Knowledge of enterprise software development lifecycle and architecture**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with SaaS product management in large-scale environments

- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and UX design principles

- Hands-on expertise in data analytics platforms for product insights

- Knowledge of Lean Product Management frameworks

- Experience with API design and integration strategies

- Exposure to change management practices in enterprise settings**Desired Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile product management certification

- Certification in Product Management from a recognized institution such as Pragmatic Institute or AIPMM
