##### Job requirements

**Experience Range:** With at least 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, including 3 or more years specifically focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions **Key Responsibilities:**

- Architect and deliver scalable Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that address complex business requirements and drive measurable user engagement

- Implement and maintain Experience Data Security Models to ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard sensitive information

- Develop, refine, and monitor Experience Dashboards and Insights to provide actionable data visualizations and support business decision-making

- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications for Experience Cloud projects

- Lead and mentor technical teams throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Experience Cloud initiatives

- Configure and customize Experience Cloud components, including sites, themes, and page layouts, to enhance user experience and brand alignment

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in Experience Cloud implementations, driving continuous improvement and system reliability

- Integrate Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless user journeys**Required Skills:**

- Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture and solution design

- Experience Data Security Model configuration and management

- Experience Dashboards and Insights development

- Salesforce Lightning component development

- Salesforce Apex and Visualforce programming

- Salesforce integration tools and API utilization

- Site and theme customization within Experience Cloud

- Salesforce data modeling and architectural best practices

- User access management and sharing rule configuration

- Performance tuning and scalability optimization in Experience Cloud**Preferred Skills:**

- Proven experience with Salesforce Communities migration projects

- Advanced expertise in Salesforce Shield for security and compliance

- Implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) and authentication protocols within Salesforce

- Hands-on experience with Einstein Analytics for advanced reporting

- Agile project management methodologies applied to Salesforce delivery**Desired Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field

- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant credential

- Salesforce Certified Architect or equivalent relevant Salesforce certification
