##### Job requirements

**Experience Range:** With at least 7 years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture and solution design, including up to 10 years in enterprise environments **Key Responsibilities:**

- Architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and industry standards

- Develop custom applications leveraging Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow Automation to enhance platform functionality

- Configure and optimize Salesforce sharing, security, and data modeling to ensure regulatory compliance and robust access control

- Lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive Salesforce solutions

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Apex Web Services, Async Apex, and SOQL to enable seamless data exchange

- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and provide actionable technical guidance and best practices to development teams

- Establish and enforce standards for Salesforce development, including code quality, configuration, and deployment processes

- Mentor junior developers, promoting technical growth and knowledge sharing within the team**Required Skills:**

- Salesforce platform architecture and solution design

- JavaScript for Salesforce customizations

- Salesforce sharing and security models

- Apex triggers and Apex programming

- Visualforce page development

- Salesforce data modeling

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Salesforce Flow Automation

- SOQL for data querying

- Apex Web Services and Async Apex programming

- Salesforce platform configuration**Preferred Skills:**

- Integration of Salesforce with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs

- Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline implementation

- Advanced Salesforce security and compliance frameworks

- Optimization of Salesforce performance and scalability

- Experience with Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud

- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification**Desired Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
