**Breakmark** · Anywhere in Latin America

## About Breakmark

## About the role

**Community Builder — LATAM (Growth Team)**

**About the Company**

We're partnering with a fast-growing AI-native supply chain technology company that helps wholesalers, manufacturers, retailers, and traders run smarter operations. The platform integrates logistics and procurement data across internal and external systems, powering predictive analytics and automated workflows that improve fill rates, reduce inventory levels, and optimize cash-to-cash cycle time — helping large enterprises cut costs, unlock revenue, and avoid under- or over-stocking across complex global supply chains.

**Role Overview**

We're hiring someone to build this company's executive community, city by city — not run it, *build* it. That means finding the right people, setting up the dinners, booking the rooms, writing the invitations, greeting the guests, and following up the next morning — then doing it all again in the next city. This role sits on the Growth team.

This isn't a role for someone who builds community only online. Social media keeps the calendar moving, but the real work happens in the room. You'll work closely with the Growth team, with Sales on target-account outreach, and with company leadership on the executive relationships that matter most.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Build and run a local ambassador network in priority cities — starting with Mexico City, Bogotá, Miami, Quito, and Lima

- Find credible local heroes — the operators and founders senior leaders actually answer — and bring them in as ambassadors

- Own every event end to end: guest lists, invitations, venues, run of show, follow-up, and ambassador care — in the room, not on a call about the room

- Turn what works into repeatable city playbooks: dinners, wine tastings, happy hours, small executive roundtables

- Work directly with Sales so every event serves target-account outreach and puts the company in front of the right C-level people

- Keep the community warm between events — introductions, small touchpoints, and programming people actually want

- Own social media management: the content calendar across channels, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with content creators

- Track results by city — attendance, seniority of who showed up, introductions made, meetings booked, pipeline influenced — and adjust what doesn't move pipeline**Profile We're Looking For**

- A builder: you've started a community, a chapter, a dinner series, or a meetup from nothing — and it outlasted your first month

- Strong on event operations: vendors, venues, timelines, budgets — nothing falls through

- Organized across channels: you can keep a social calendar on track while juggling multiple cities

- At ease with senior executives, ambassadors, and partners — you can hold a table of CEOs and also carry the chairs

- Proactive and organized to a fault — you don't wait for a brief

- Fluent in Spanish and English**Nice to Have**

- Experience building community in more than one LATAM market

- Background in event production, hospitality, or experiential marketing
