**Betty** is an innovative entertainment company pioneering at the intersection of real-money online casinos and casual mobile gaming.

As our group continues to grow, we’re launching a new regulated venture in Great Britain. **Betty UK **is a startup company licensed by the Gambling Commission, as a casino operator in April 2026.

**About the role:**
*We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our in-house team in Sofia. This hands-on, creative role involves close collaboration with our user acquisition,** CRM, promotions, and social media teams. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional eye for design and strategic thinking, crafting visually compelling campaigns that engage and convert audiences.*

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and develop compelling visual assets for digital marketing and CRM campaigns, promotional materials, and social media channels.

- Collaborate effectively with marketing and content teams to produce on-brand creatives that boost engagement and conversion rates.

- Ensure brand consistency while adapting visuals to suit diverse platforms and target audiences.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality assets on time and with meticulous attention to detail.

- Actively participate in ideation sessions and contribute to shaping the creative direction of campaigns.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within the iGaming industry or a digital agency.

- A strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, brand alignment, and effective communication design.

- Expert command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.

- Solid understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and color.

- Strong grasp of adapting designs for performance-driven marketing (CRM, email, banners, social, etc.).

- Ability to align with brand tone and voice while developing visually impactful solutions.

- Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and communication skills.

- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Nice to have:**

- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.

- Basic animation or 3D design capabilities.

- Practical use of AI for asset creation or editing.
