Our development programs help support your growth, shaping your future and pushing the boundaries of innovation to unleash potential. **Job's mission** The Specialist II, Logistics is responsible for supporting global logistics operations through data analytics, project management, digital transformation, system administration, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in optimizing transportation, warehousing, and supply chain processes by leveraging data, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and logistics technologies to improve operational performance, enhance visibility, and drive cost efficiencies. The incumbent will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, logistics service providers, IT teams, and regional operations to support strategic logistics initiatives, system enhancements, and global process standardization efforts. **What you will be working on** Logistics Operations & Analytics - Analyze logistics performance metrics, transportation costs, service levels, inventory flows, and operational KPIs. - Develop dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards using business intelligence tools, AI-assisted analytics, and automated reporting solutions. - Identify and implement cost reduction, service improvement, and productivity enhancement opportunities across the logistics network. - Leverage AI-enabled insights to identify shipment delays, freight cost anomalies, service risks, and operational exceptions for proactive resolution. - Monitor logistics service provider performance and support corrective action plans when required. - Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and improve service execution. Global Logistics Project Management - Lead and coordinate logistics transformation initiatives across global regions and operational sites. - Coordinate cross-functional activities involving Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Trade Compliance, IT, and external logistics partners. - Monitor project progress, manage stakeholder communications, and escalate risks or issues as appropriate. - Support logistics network optimization, warehouse and transportation improvements, new site ramp-ups, and process standardization projects. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency, service performance, scalability, and resilience. - Support implementation of AI-enabled workflows and digital solutions across logistics operations. AI, Automation & Digital Transformation - Identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and automation technologies to improve logistics operations and decision-making. - Develop and support AI use cases for shipment visibility, predictive analytics, document processing, exception management, and operational reporting. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend scalable solutions that improve logistics performance and user productivity. - Partner with business stakeholders, logistics service providers, and IT teams to implement and sustain digital transformation initiatives. - Measure, track, and communicate business benefits, productivity improvements, and value realization from automation and AI projects. Logistics Systems Management - Serve as a business owner and subject matter expert for logistics systems including SAP, Freight Control Tower, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and logistics databases. - Lead system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution validation, and deployment activities. - Coordinate system upgrades, configuration changes, integrations, and process improvements with IT teams and solution providers. - Maintain system documentation, work instructions, process maps, and operational procedures. - Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure adoption of new systems, dashboards, AI tools, and automated workflows. - Monitor system performance, data integrity, AI output reliability, and compliance with business requirements. Continuous Improvement & Governance - Establish, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation. - Support logistics governance initiatives, internal controls, compliance reviews, and audit requirements. - Drive process harmonization and promote best practice sharing across regional and global operations. - Support strategic supply chain and logistics transformation programs aligned with organizational goals. - Participate in Lean, Operational Excellence, and continuous improvement activities. **What we are looking for** - Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent - Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, operations analytics, or related functions. - Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global business environment. - Experience supporting projects, process improvement initiatives, or system implementations. - Experience with SAP and logistics execution systems - Experience with business intelligence tools, data visualization platforms, AI technologies, automation tools, or digital transformation initiatives is preferred. **What sets you apart** - Knowledge of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain processes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications. - Familiarity with SAP ERP and logistics-related systems. - Ability to analyze data, report performance, and apply business process improvement methods. - Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, and emerging digital technologies within supply chain operations. **Apply today to be part of what’s next.** We make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world.
