## About the role

#### The AI Operating System for Healthcare

Healthcare runs on legacy software that was last updated a decade ago. Systems don’t talk to each other. Interfaces lag. “Automation” means someone copy-pasting data between tabs.

At **Arini**, we’re leap-frogging the SaaS era: No more EHRs, no more outdated dashboards, no more point solutions that don't communicate with each other. We’re building the **platform to run all healthcare operations**, starting with dental enterprises. Our platform today automates the most labor intensive and costly workflows that large dental rollups face, and we're shipping new features at a speed that's quickly transforming the industry.

#### The Role

You'll work closely with our C-Suite leadership and Forward Deployed Engineering team to design, build and continuously iterate on modules within the Arini platform that automate expensive manual healthcare workflows like phone calls, insurance verification, schedule optimization and more.

This is a high-autonomy, extremely high-leverage role where your work will have a major impact (7+ figures) on the bottom line of the largest healthcare groups in the world. If you're excited about *actually *transforming healthcare with cutting-edge AI technology, this role is for you.

##### What you’ll do

- Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents and automation workflows directly with customers.

- Write production code to integrate into enterprise systems.

- Own outcomes: you ship automation that saves millions in cost and/or hours.
