**About the Role**
Alpaca Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated **Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor (QASP-S)** to join an ABA practice and provide high-quality, individualized care to clients and families.
As a QASP-S, you will work closely with clients, caregivers, and your clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans while supporting meaningful progress and skill development.

**Responsibilities**

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.

- Provide and oversee evidence-based ABA services.

- Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.

- Make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

- Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the care team.

- Provide clinical guidance and supervision to behavior technicians, as applicable.

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

- Follow QABA ethical standards and applicable state requirements.**Qualifications**

- Current QASP-S certification in good standing with QABA (Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board).

- Experience providing ABA services.

- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
