## About the role

- Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Construction)

- Location: Full-Time Remote (LATAM)

- Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST

- Compensation: $3,500 - 4000 USD per month (based on experience)

#### About the Company

Our client is a premier, New York-based exterior construction and restoration firm specializing in façade restoration, roofing, waterproofing, masonry, concrete, sidewalk replacement, and Local Law 11/FISP compliance projects. Having successfully completed 600+ exterior restoration projects across New York, including commercial, residential, historic, landmark, and New York State public works, they work closely with property owners, managers, architects, engineers, and municipal stakeholders.

#### About the opportunity

With a growing team of nearly 60 internal office staff, field crews, and remote specialists,our client is expanding its operations. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to serve as a key operational leader, taking ownership of execution, building efficient processes, and helping drive scalable growth.

- As Senior Project Manager, you will work directly alongside the Principal to oversee and streamline exterior construction and restoration projects from initial planning to final delivery.

- You will act as a force multiplier; bringing strong operational organization, robust PM systems/tools, and refined delegation strategies to manage high-volume workloads.This position is ideal for an experienced, proactive project manager who thrives in US-based construction environments, excels at managing complex cross-functional teams, and knows how to set up structure and project workflows that others can easily follow.

#### Key Responsibilities

##### Project Execution & Operational Leadership

- Project Ownership: Manage multiple concurrent exterior construction and restoration projects (façade restoration, roofing, waterproofing, masonry, Local Law 11/FISP) from initiation through closeout.

- Systems & Process Creation: Introduce, build out, and refine internal project management systems, tracking tools, workflows, and communication standards to optimize operational efficiency.

- Team Delegation & Leadership: Delegate tasks effectively to remote team members and field crews to ensure accountability and balanced workloads.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly between subcontractors, field site crews, superintendents, remote staff, vendors, clients, architects, and engineers.

##### Schedules, Budgets & Resource Management

- Schedule & Timeline Management: Maintain detailed project schedules, track critical milestones, manage delays, and proactively clear operational bottlenecks.

- Financial & Cost Tracking:Track budgets, change orders, procurement, and material deliveries to maintain project profitability and schedules.

- Procurement & Logistics: Coordinate material shipments and field resources to ensure job sites have necessary equipment and supplies without interruption.

##### Compliance, Documentation & Stakeholder Management

- Project Documentation: Oversee RFIs, submittals, permits, field reports, progress updates, change orders, and general project records.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects meet NYC/NYS building codes, safety regulations, and public project standards.

- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, regular communication with property managers, NYC/NYS agency contacts, engineers, and internal leadership.

#### Required Qualifications & Attributes

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction project management, specifically managing US-based projects.

- Industry Focus: Experience in exterior construction, façade restoration, roofing, waterproofing, masonry, concrete, or related specialty trades.

- Leadership & Delegation: Proven ability to delegate effectively, establish PM processes/KPIs, and manage multi-disciplinary teams (office, remote, and field).

- Systems Implementation: Openness to implementing or utilizing modern PM tools and platforms to create clear visibility across active projects.

- Operational Process Improvement: Proven track record of taking unorganized project operations and establishing scalable systems, workflows, and transparent KPIs.

- Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills; comfortable interacting with executive leadership, clients, engineers, and sub-contractors.

- Work Ethic & Autonomy: Proactive, organized, and capable of operating independently without heavy supervision.$2 **Standout Signals & Preferred Experience!**

- NYC / NYS Experience (Highly Desirable): Familiarity with NYC/NYS building codes, Local Law 11 / FISP, landmark guidelines, public works projects, and sidewalk shed/scaffolding setups.

- Complex Exterior Scopes: Hands-on experience coordinating restoration projects involving scaffolding, sidewalk sheds, material hoisting, waterproofing, masonry, roofing, and structural repairs on landmark or high-rise buildings.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent practical industry experience preferred.

- NYC Stakeholder Network: Established working relationships or previous experience collaborating with NYC architects, engineers, property managers, DOB inspectors, and contractors. (plus!)#LI-NC1
