**Title:** Senior/Mid-Level Estimator

**Level:** Senior to Mid-Level (8-18+ years of experience)

**Talent Compensation:** $1,500–$2,500/month

**Time Zone:** US Mountain Time (Utah-based company; remote position)

##### What They'll Do

- Develop detailed construction estimates using HeavyBid software (primary requirement)

- Perform takeoffs using Civil 3D and AgTech/screen takeoff tools

- Create thought-driven estimates with custom unit pricing (not template-based green sheets)

- Estimate heavy civil projects: earthwork, grading, underground utilities, and light structural work

- Support business scaling and project growth

- Work directly with company leadership on estimating strategy

##### Ideal Candidate

- 8–18+ years of estimating experience, specifically in heavy civil/earthwork

- Fluent English speaker with professional communication skills

- Bachelor's degree holder

- Prior experience working with U.S. market (domestic or remote)

- Senior or mid-level mindset with independent problem-solving ability

- Located in Latin America or Central America (remote-friendly timezone)
