Action is seeking a full-time **Maintenance Technician I **to join our team at **Clocktower Lofts** located in** San Francisco. ** The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of building systems and facilities. This position focuses on performing routine maintenance tasks and providing support to senior technicians on more complex repairs and projects. Under supervision, the Maintenance Technician contributes to basic repairs and maintenance while gaining hands-on experience and developing skills for advanced responsibilities. **Compensation:** $33.00- $35.00 Per *Hour Depending on Experience* **Schedule: **Tuesday- Saturday; 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM + On-Call ##### Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, minor plumbing repairs, and replacing lightbulbs. - Preventive Maintenance: Assist in conducting preventive maintenance tasks, closing out work order tickets, and handyman work. - Emergency Response: Respond to emergency maintenance requests under the supervision of the General Manager. - Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and third-party vendors to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. - Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). - Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory.
